The BikeManager is the digital multitool for those who enjoy being on the road with their bike. Whether it's an E-bike, Pedelec, or regular bicycle, as a WERTGARANTIE customer or as a guest – with this app, you are always safe and smart on the go. Explore its various functions:

• Bike Computer: The Bike Computer provides a complete overview of all rides. Simply start tracking at the beginning of your trip and then track the kilometers ridden per bike, routes taken, speeds, and of course, the total kilometers ridden across all bikes.
• Service Finder: With the Service Finder, you can easily locate the nearest E-bike charging stations, partner workshops, tube vending machines, bike-friendly bed & bike accommodations, as well as the nearest rescue points and police stations. Simply click on the desired icon in the Service Finder, select a partner, and let it navigate you to your destination. Feel free to mark your favorites and use them in planning and executing your next bike trip.
• Bike Passport: In the BikeManager, you can create and manage bike passports for all bicycles and E-bikes/Pedelecs for free and without limitations. For WERTGARANTIE customers, their insured bikes' data is directly transferred to the app after logging in with the customer portal data. Uploading invoices and photos is possible for every bicycle or E-bike/Pedelec. In case of theft or damage, easily download the information as a PDF.
• Pick-up Service: Use the WERTGARANTIE Pick-up Service for your insured bikes directly through the app. Our breakdown service will take you to a workshop or back to the starting point of your tour. Guests can enjoy the WERTGARANTIE Pick-up Service for free for 6 months.
• Digital Customer Card: For all WERTGARANTIE customers, the BikeManager offers a digital customer card with quick access to support.
• Report Damage: As a WERTGARANTIE customer, easily submit damage claims for your insured E-bike or bike with the "Report Damage" feature – allowing you to start your next biking adventure promptly.
• Report Theft: Bike stolen? Use this function to report the theft of your bike conveniently through the app.
• Purchase Insurance: Have bikes listed and want to secure them further? Simply select the desired bike and purchase insurance coverage directly through the app.
• Guides: Under "Guides," you will find articles on various topics related to biking. Stay well-informed and enjoy your bikes for a long time.
